The standard freight
and insurance charges may vary depending on the size and care that must
be taken to insure your order arrives in perfect condition. Someone must
be present to receive the package within the delivery time window. Repeat
delivery attempts will be subject to additional charges.
If anything comes
in damaged the manufacturer will send you a replacement at no charge to
you. The manufacturer will submit the claim. In order to receive complete
and full satisfaction, you must inspect the shipment upon delivery. If
the carton is damaged, open the box if you notice damage, reject delivery
and they will ship it back. The manufacturer will send a replacement order.
If the shipping box is damaged and you accept delivery, return transportation
charges will be your responsibility. If there is no external damage to
the shipment, the manufacturer will take full responsibility.
Return Policy
For In Stock items:
If, for any reason,
you are not satisfied with our merchandise, please return it in unused
condition within 30 days upon completion of your order and we will refund
the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. There are no
additional shipping charges for even exchanges; however, we do not refund
shipping and handling charges of your original order.
